Booking Terms

Tangatours reserves the right to change/cancel activities in the event of extreme/un-safe conditions. All activities are booked once you arrive on the Island. No pre-booking (Except Scuba dive and Quad/Sand Board. These activities must be pre-booked). All tours and activities are subject to weather conditions and availability on the day of your tour. No refunds/cancellations are permitted.

Arrival at Holt St Tangalooma Ferry Terminal at 6AM:

Please ensure that you arrive at the Holt St Tangalooma ferry terminal at or before 6 AM on the day of your departure to ensure that you do not miss the ferry.

Requests for Reschedule:

  • More than 48 hours prior to travel date - $5.50 pp fee
  • Less than 48hrs prior to travel date - 100% cancellation fee
  • No Show - 100% cancellation fee

Run of house accommodation:

  • 3pm room check in
  • No daily maid service
  • Open Dated Voucher valid 6mths from date of purchase

Dolphin Feeding

The Tangalooma dolphin feeding program involves wild animals, Tangalooma cannot guarantee the attendance of dolphins at the nightly feed; however the resort does experience a 98-99% attendance record.

Payments

A booking fee of 1.5% is applied at checkout to all purchases.
